Dispatch Times

Orders placed and received by us before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day. On Saturdays, orders placed before 10:30 AM will also be dispatched the same day. Please note that Sunday is a non-working day — orders placed on Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that during public holidays, bank holidays, our dispatch schedule may vary depending on Royal Mail’s operating hours. As many postal facilities do not operate on these days, orders may be dispatched on the next working day.
