Yograj Guggulu Baidyanath is used for rheumatism, arthritis, joint pain and inflammation, muscle spasms, osteoarthritis, bursitis, fibromyalgia, gout, bone marrow dysfunction, epilepsy, paralysis, high cholesterol levels, atherosclerosis, congestive heart failure with leg edema, membranous dysmenorrhea, secondary amenorrhea, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), worm infestation, gastric ulcer, splenomegaly, bloating, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, hemorrhoids, indigestion, loss of appetite, cough, asthma, dyspepsia, weakness, and depression.
Contraindications:
Gastritis with high acidity, gastric ulcer, individual intolerance to the drug, pregnancy.
Dosage and Administration:
Take 2-3 tablets 2 times a day, or as prescribed by an Ayurvedic physician.
Do not take on an empty stomach. Classical Ayurvedic texts prescribe significant doses of the drug (up to 12 grams/day).
Yograj Guggulu is used for joint diseases and degenerative deformity. Take two tablets twice a day 15 minutes before meals, preferably breakfast and dinner. The course of treatment is 14 days.
For severe forms of arthritis, osteoarthritis, and gout, take 3-4 tablets twice a day with honey or clarified butter.
For spinal and joint injuries, take 3 tablets 15 minutes before breakfast. The course of treatment continues until the pain symptoms and swelling disappear.
For digestive problems, gas, and indigestion, take two tablets twice a day before meals.
It is beneficial to combine with another Ayurvedic preparation called “Trikatu.”
