Anu Taila Maharishi – successfully used for inflammation of the nasal sinuses and rhinitis. Its action is different from well-known medications that constrict the mucous membranes and provide temporary relief without curing the underlying causes.
These Ayurvedic oil drops help to clear the sinuses, restore lost sense of smell, and improve blood circulation in the nasal and nearby vessels. This is beneficial for allergic reactions when nasal congestion is present without discharge.
The oil is also suitable for facial acupressure massage. It promotes rejuvenation, skin regeneration, and helps prevent premature wrinkles.
Precautions: It is recommended to apply Anu oil (Anu Thailam) lying down. Do not get up immediately after application. Lie on your back for 5-10 minutes. Also, within 30 minutes after application, it is advisable to avoid physical and psycho-emotional stress as the substances gradually penetrate the sinuses and clear the passages.

Rest for a few minutes and massage the bridge of the nose, forehead, and area around the nose.
Usage:
For ear cleansing, improving hearing, relieving ear noises, pain, and itching: Lie on your side, apply 10 drops of warm Anu Thailam oil into the ear canal, massage the area around the earlobe, take the earlobe and gently pull it in circular motions, then rest for 15 minutes and turn to the other side, any remaining oil will drain from the ear. Repeat this procedure with the other ear.
Life energy, or Prana, enters our body with each inhale through the nasal passages. Prana performs sensory and motor functions in the body. Through the nose, excess secretions accumulated in the throat, ears, nasal cavities, and head are also expelled.
Medicinal substances administered nasally help correct Prana disturbances. Nasal administration enhances the efficiency of brain, sensory, and motor functions in the body, while toxins are removed from the nasopharynx, sinuses, larynx, ears, and eyes.
Ayurvedic oil drops like Anu Thailam, when applied to the nose and ears, cleanse the Prana channels, increasing their oxygen supply, which positively impacts brain function.
